    <div class="container">It's been a while since we've posted a Today's Outfit post, so I took my time and asked Toples to snap a few pictures of me for this post.  I'm literally wearing this outfit today -- like, <em>today</em> today because I thought it was going to rain and I would need something warm to wrap myself in.  But as it turns out, it's actually pretty sunny outside *fail* :D<br><br><a rel="attachment wp-att-68485" href="http://www.fashionesedaily.com/blog/2013/10/31/todays-outfit-these-boots-are-made-for-walking/to_fashionesedaily/"><img class="aligncenter img-responsive wp-image-68485" title="TO_FashioneseDaily" src="//www.fashionesedaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/TO_FashioneseDaily.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="825" /></a><br><p style="text-align: center;"><strong>ZARA </strong>Blazer | <strong>Forever 21</strong> Tank Top | <strong>UNIQLO</strong> Legging | <strong>Staccato</strong> Boots | <strong>Elizabeth</strong> Bag</p><br>If you've read my <strong><a href="http://www.fashionesedaily.com/blog/2013/10/23/must-have-work-shoes-from-staccato-fall-collection-2013/" target="_blank">Must-Have Work Shoes</a></strong> article, I mentioned the ankle-length booties from <strong><a href="https://twitter.com/staccato_id" target="_blank">Staccato</a></strong> that I love. I've been thinking a lot about those booties since then, so I guess I am hooked.  Staccato has a few varieties of boots and I truly had a hard time choosing one.  But if I may be candid: for the longest time, boots have always looked very intimidating for me.  They look so firm and they look good, but I had huge doubts about how they feel when worn.  Are they comfortable at all?  This is why I didn't expect much from boots and simply ignored them for years.  But when I visited the Staccato store, my eyes tend to linger to the booties :D  They looked so chic, and this comes from me -- I wasn't the biggest fan of boots!<br><br><a rel="attachment wp-att-68486" href="http://www.fashionesedaily.com/blog/2013/10/31/todays-outfit-these-boots-are-made-for-walking/staccatoboots02_fashionesedaily/"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-68486" title="StaccatoBoots02_FashioneseDaily" src="//www.fashionesedaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/StaccatoBoots02_FashioneseDaily.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="367" /></a><br><br><a rel="attachment wp-att-68487" href="http://www.fashionesedaily.com/blog/2013/10/31/todays-outfit-these-boots-are-made-for-walking/staccatoboots_fashionesedaily/"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-68487" title="StaccatoBoots_FashioneseDaily" src="//www.fashionesedaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/StaccatoBoots_FashioneseDaily.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="367" /></a><br><br>After the first try, I knew that I wanted at least one pair of them. After a long think and some time trying on the boots, I decided on these booties from Staccato. They're ankle-length lace-ups, with the laces making for a nice additional "accessory" to keep the boots from looking too plain or too motorbike gang-ish. Thanks to the chunky heels, these boots are very comfortable to wear; I can even jog in them if I have to, and I can walk or stand for long hours without hurting my feet.  This was all tested and proven when I wore these boots to Jakarta Fashion Week 2014.<br><br><a rel="attachment wp-att-68488" href="http://www.fashionesedaily.com/blog/2013/10/31/todays-outfit-these-boots-are-made-for-walking/staccatoboots03_fashionesedaily/"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-68488" title="ElizabethBag_FashioneseDaily" src="//www.fashionesedaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/StaccatoBoots03_FashioneseDaily.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="367" /></a><br><br>This bag is yet another bag that I bought from <strong>Elizabeth</strong>.  I think I love Elizabeth bags because they are very affordable.  I won't feel too heartbroken if I find a scratch on the material, a ding on metal clasps, or a wonky zipper because the bag is not that expensive to begin with.  And if you go to an Elizabeth store, you will find a <em>lot </em>of bags there, which I think is very nice since we each have our own preferences when it comes to bags.  This one is like a messenger bag, big enough for my laptop, phone, wallet, magazine, and makeup pouch :)<br><br>&nbsp;    </div>
