A few months ago, we wrote about the many uses of highlighter and how it can be used as a quick and easy method of faking your way to glowing skin. In this article about barely-there makeup, Deszell mentions that when we apply foundation, our skin loses its inner “glow.” She suggests regaining that glow by strategically applying liquid highlighter to parts of the face that “light up” when hit by sunlight. Liquid highlighter is easy to apply and blends seamlessly into the skin.
But highlighters come in all shapes and sizes, and one that Shella recently reviewed — the Cindy-Lou Manizer by The Balm –came in powder form. The one we used for the demonstration in this video comes in liquid form, and is blended with a brush.
