My Favorite Apps for Fit N Fab At Home
The holiday is upon us! YAY!!! As of the Female Daily crew, we have quite a long holiday and I will definitely go to my hometown and that means I have to workout on my own, without classmates or instructor to teach me the routine. Challenging, huh? I think I will drag my little brother to keep me company becauseI usually end up trying harder if I have someone or a group of people with me. :p
But the question is, what should I do while in my hometown? What kind of exercise that I need to do without all of those gym equipment? My dad has a treadmill, barbells and a few more things but I think I need some variations for my workout plan. So I browsed through Google Play (I’m using Android phone), trying to find my luck with free apps that can help me to move my body during the holiday. And I found some great apps there!
I love how easy to follow and how practical those apps are. The instructions are clear and the one app that I mention in this post even provides a short clip as an example for each of the move. Awesome, right? Free apps, helpful, and keep me on track. How can I not love these apps? I’ve tried all of them for a few days and excited to do a two weeks routine with the help of these apps starting next week. 🙂
