Marc Jacobs Daisy bottles ALWAYS manage to attract people (at least, me :p). Every single one of them look attractive in my eyes. And this red bottle and black flowers just strike a pose there. Lately, I found myself grabbing this particular bottle again and again. It turns out that I didn’t realize how much I missed the scent until I started to use it again.
Marc Jacobs Daisy Pop Art Edition has a floral with a hint of fruity-fresh scent, hence the name and design. If you don’t like an über mega sweet scent, I’m with you, and I’m so glad because this perfume is not too sweet. I get dizzy if I use a very sweet perfume, so I tend to stay away from that. The scent is light and but crisp. It is subtle but also noticable in a good way. Top notes are violet leaf, wild strawberry and grapefruit, followed by jasmine, gardenia and violet petals as middle notes and the base notes are musk and vanille. Every single note goes well together and the scent is totally right up my alley. The lasting power is surprising to me. I sprayed it in the morning, and at 4 o’clock, the smell still lingers. (more…)
