Gasp! I am staring fascinatingly upon catching on Ziba Label newest collection sneak peek on their FB wall. I’ve been a fan of checked pattern, tartan, plaid and alike (I have many kotak-kotak skirts, back in the days B.H. -before hijab- :D). And this is exactly like what I have in mind, the big rectangular pattern.
Actually, If you’ve been searching for some big plaid pattern in fabrics store, even Tanah Abang for instance, mostly you’ll find none. And these are also unlike some tenun patterns we’ve come across so far. So I asked Ziba, where did these tenun materials come from. They said, they are machine-woven tenun fabric, cotton mix silk, and with genuine leather for bags.
