Wednesday Wishlist: Kooba Mason Bag
As someone who has a lot of space in heart for beautiful bags, I lack one thing; an everyday bag. I don’t have an everyday bag, one that I use all the time for work because I change my bag everyday. I’m pretty fair to all of my bags that I take each of them out on regular basis.
Now that I think of it, it could be because, I don’t have that one bag that can be my loyal companion throughout the week. I have a long list of requirements for a bag to be considered an everyday bag, such as;
- Leather
- Solid color, either black or tan
- Not too much hardware because they can put a weight on the bag
- Double straps. I don’t think a single strap can handle the many of stuff I put into my bag
- The straps also need to be long enough to be slung across the shoulder
- The right size. Big enough for my laptop when it’s needed but not too big that it looks like a weekender bag
- Has many pockets, either in the front, back or sides and insides
- Has a large opening for easy access but also come with a closure for security
- Of course, reasonable price tag!
And looks like I have found my dream everyday bag in the form of Kooba Mason Bag. It meets my requirements plus it’s from Kooba. I’ve always wanted a bag from Kooba but the timing has never been right. I like the simplicity of Kooba bag as well as the quality and the buttery leather. Available in Rococo for only a little bit more than the US price so I don’t think it’s worth the hassle to get it from the US. I’ve seen it in Fog color, the darker ones in Rococo Plaza Senayan but I like the camel one better. Is it time to buy another bag, yet? 😀
