Hijabers Inspiration: Ria Miranda Pregnancy Style

When it comes to dressing up while expecting a baby, sometimes it means two thing; the need to stay stylish as our waistline expands and the limited options for clothes.

Do you know that many tips on stay stylish during pregnant suggest to show some skin, to give the slim impression. Well, of course it’s not applicable for us hijabers.

Take a look at how Ria Miranda, a well-known muslim designer, has embraced her cute baby belly. She’s also the owner of the label riamiranda, named after herself . We first spotted her appearance with baby bump on Indonesia Fashion Week, last February. Do any of you notice it when we wrote about it  here.

But, wait, we want to hear a bit how she manages her pregnancy while taking care of the clothing line business.

When we asked her about what would happen next after IFW 2012, her respond was “Then you’ve missed a lot! Yes, we have many new collections, but we just haven’t got the chance to take pictures and schedule for promotions since the pregnancy. Now I’m focusing on riamiranda BRIDE and riamirandaPremium,” said Ria.

Her label riamiranda Premium was launched during 2012. Concurrently, Ria also released some new collection for riamiranda mass products. With the pregnancy coming, we’re wondering whether there has been any change in her life? Ria said “Alhamdulilah, it had been going well and hopefully [it will be smooth] until the time comes [for me] to see the baby 🙂 Nothing has changed, still got many things to do. Hunting for clothing materials, make some sketches, run the business.”

Ria is currently busy preparing new projects for the upcoming INACRAFT  on May 25-29 at JCC Jakarta and fashion show on JFFF (Jakarta Fashion Food Festival) in Kelapa Gading.

Ria Miranda is on her 32 weeks of pregnancy, due date insyaAllah early June. She still look fresh like morning dew in baby green and blue.
