This rising name in fashion design has 8 years of experience in this field, after graduating from Academy of Art, San Francisco. He returned to Indonesia and started to commission bespoke work with his label “Windy Chandra”.
His name became known in the middle-upper clienteles for his perfectionism in designing party gowns with such intricate detail. Windy has been busy filling this niche market, and his designs are also often shown in well-known television shows, such as Miss Indonesia and Indonesian Idol.
