Asian Designers Who Walked the London Fashion Week S/S 2013

London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013 was held in the mid of September, from the 14th to the 18th of that month. There were so many top designers who attended to this event: Mulberry, Paul Smith, Burberry Prorsum, and etc. We don’t need to doubt their masterpieces because they really know how to satisfy fashion lovers. But, do you know that there were also Asian designers attending this event? Me, as an Asian, really proud of it. As we know, it’s hard to take a part and to exist in fashion world, except for a handful of really talented designers. Here are the Asian designers who showcased their work in London Fashion Week (LFW) Spring/Summer 2013.

1. Jackie Lee

Jackie Lee was born in Seoul, Korea. She spent five years working as a Senior Pattern Cutter in Seoul and two years at KISA London as Master Pattern Cutter. She also studied at Central Saint Martins (M.A. in Women’s Wear, 2010) as well as completing the PG Innovative Pattern Cutting at Central Saint Martins in 2007. Her collection is chic, minimalist and modern, with neutral colors like black, white, and creme.
