Stop by at Givenchy if You Want to Feel "Zen"

The first store of Givenchy is finally open in Plaza Indonesia! Another good news for us, because now you don’t have to search high and low for their bags (yes I know, most of you readers here are looking for a zen-state by means of purchasing bag).

Speaking of the word Zen, the Givenchy store, located at Level 1 Plaza Indonesia is modeled after the 28 Faubourg Saint-Honore store that is designed in partnership between Givenchy’s Creative Director, Riccardo Tisci and Architect Jamie Fobert to reflect a ‘Zen-like atmosphere in which to experience the luxury brand.’

The boutique carries both men and women collection from Givenchy Spring/Summer 2011 that is influenced by black and white photography of Robert Mapplethorpe. There’s a strong presence of the contrast between black and white, intrinsic details on each pieces and the sense of contradiction between feminine and masculine on the women’s collection.
