Last time, we did 7 days challenge in the office where we had to do things that we didn’t normally do. I chose to write a lengthy post everyday on my personal blog whereas Affi decided to exercise for 30 minutes everyday. Deszell took it to the extreme by not having coffee for 7 days straight. And then, we thought that it would be a good idea too to have 7 days challenge of wearing local labels. It’s not hard at all now that we have possessed quite a lot of local labels. But it’s still challenging enough because most of the time, we dress according to our mood and the clothes have to be suitable for our activities on that day. It would be easier to just pick anything in our wardrobe but with the challenges given, it becomes limited.
So here’s what I wore from February 22 – February 28. I apologize for the inconsistent picture quality
Taken in the little jungle across our office on our way to have lunch at our favorite Manadonese warteg. I didn’t have meetings or events to attend on that day so that’s why I wore flats and crop pants. Sometimes I feel I dress too casually when I know I’d only be sitting on my desk all day.
Day 1:

Day 3. It was a tiring day. Amal, Vanya & I had a grueling meeting with a client in MT Haryono, thank God we already had a nice lunch at Kedai Tiga Nyonya. Lita joined us for lunch too before she went off to an event. After the meeting, we met with Affi at The Apartment and then another meeting with another client :). Afterward, Vanya and I attended Toastmaster meeting at WTC building and we got home around 10.

Day 4. I went to Sekolah Cikal to attend a talkshow and then continued working at Black Canyon, Cipete where the kids picked me up in late afternoon then I took them to Jibran first swimming lesson at Cilandak.

Day 5. It was a Saturday. For work, I went to a parenting seminar in Eztubizi building and then running errands buying grocery and checking up with the workers at the office who were renovating the bathroom

Day 6. No work today, just a quick visit to the office to check on the workers and then Ace Hardware time.

Day 7: Back at the office. Ugh, now that I look at it, I don’t like the outfit at all. The picture was taken at Box Mart, the little mini mart across our office where we get our daily dose of MSG :D. Oh and we walked to La Codefin, Index Furniture and Starbucks too before that.

That’s it. Maybe next time we’ll try for a month, or a 7 days of head to toe local labels 😀 (the shoes will definitely be the hardest part…and the bag!) Now let’s wait for Affi & Deszell 7 days of local labels outfits :).
