The Edgy & Feminine Djody

seo-img-article

Every clothes tells a story, so does the clothes created by Djody. One of the things that can make our day be defined as good here at FD, is when we spend the day relaxed, not too many things cramped into one morning, and in the afternoon there’s a package of product sample waiting to be reviewed by us. That’s one of the perks working here in FD, reviewing product so that we can give you a good recommendation ๐Ÿ™‚

Couple of days before our Eid break, we received a package full of samples from an online shop called Djody. Being an office full of girls, we jumped right into the package, tore it apart, and split whatever in there between all of us (except for Thomas of course). Me and Hanzky fell in love with our shoes right away. I wore everything I got from them the final day of work before we left for Eid break.

The name Djody was derived from the name of the two designers late father who taught them all about business and to follow their dreams. So here they are, trying to give an eclectic pieces that flaunts the feminine side of women but still give an edge.

So this is what I wore:

  • Annick Marine top : Rp 219,000
  • Roe Skirt: Rp 219,000
  • Noemi Stud Shoes : Rp 289,000

I’ve been looking for a tulip skirt but they never really look flattering, so I’m pretty happy when I got this. The material is made from jersey so it’s comfortable. I have problem however with its length, as it sits above the knee. The top has very cute nautical-themed button as a nice touch to the stripey look. The clothing however doesn’t run too big on sizes, they only stretch to M size.

But my favourite is the shoes! Even though the heel is 10cm but they’re pretty comfortable. The last day before leaving for holiday was pretty busy and I got away using this shoes for the whole day. The size however runs one size smaller as the normal one. I’m usually a size 38 and for booties I tend to go one size bigger so its not too tight on the front part. I used size 40 from Djody and they’re still a bit loose, but not too big either.

When I checked out their store at FX Lifestyle Mall on Mazee 6th floor, they’re having 20% off for most of their stuff. You can also check their online shop www.djodys.com, although it’s still under construction. For the latest update follow their twitter account @djodydjody.

Thank you to Djody for the lovely ‘Lebaran presents’ ๐Ÿ™‚
